the net goes down

reboot will fix the issue. You can easily reboot or restart your router
from your browser itself.
On this tutorial I will show you how to reboot your PLDT Home Fibr Router.
Instruction.
1. Connect to your PLDT Home Fibr via WiFi/Cable using any device like PC/Laptop, android phone/tablet, apple device etc. which has browser. When you're connected, open your favorite browser then type to the browser's address bar "192.168.1.1" without quotes, then you will redirect to the page where you need to supply username and password.

2. Go to Management, then go to Device Management, then Device reboot, then click the reboot button.
3. Then wait for about 20 second or so, then reconnect again to your router.
