This tutorial will show you how to fix flashing screen when you upgrade to Windows 10 Operating System. In some cases, this flashing screen occurs when you create and log in to guest account in Windows 10.1. Type in the search "msconfig" without quotes and select the System Configuration from search result, or you can use your keyboard by pressing Windows Key + R then type "msconfig" without quotes then press enter or click the Ok Button.
2. Go to Services Tab and Uncheck "Problem Reports and Solutions Control Panel Support" and "Windows Error Reporting Service" Services.
3. Click Apply and Ok Button. If there is a prompt message saying to restart your computer, then restart it.
4. After the Restart then try now to log in to your Account.
